Property networking events in London run almost every week: monthly investor meetups from pin, PPN and Central London Property Network, senior lunches and breakfasts, evening exhibitions and big daytime shows. Our calendar lists every dated London property event we've verified from October 2026 to March 2027, plus the regular networks, and you can filter it by month, type, area, price or audience. One highlight, and it's ours: UK Homes Network LIVE London on Thursday 19 November at Big Penny Social, Walthamstow.
London property events calendar: October 2026 to March 2027
Every listing links to the organiser's own page, so you can check the latest details and book direct. Events with a published start time get "Add to calendar" and Google Calendar buttons. Where an organiser has given a date but not a time, we show the date and point you to their site rather than guess. Past events drop off automatically.

No longer running or paused: Baker Street Property Meet is paused, and its site says it's returning soon. pin's Kensington, Canary Wharf and Croydon meetings show no upcoming events and aren't on pin's current meetings list. London Property Meet now focuses on general business networking rather than property. We found no current London edition of MIPIM UK or FUTURE PropTech. If any of these come back, we'll add them.

How London's property networking scene breaks down
London property events aren't interchangeable. A Tuesday-night investor meetup in a pub function room and a Savoy breakfast for senior leaders are different worlds. Most London property events fall into six broad types, and knowing which one you want saves you a lot of wasted evenings. If you want our opinion on which are worth your time, we've written a separate guide to the best property networking events in London.
Monthly investor meetups
This is the backbone of the London scene for investors and landlords. The format is consistent: arrive around 6pm or 6:30pm, network, listen to one or two speakers, network again, finish around 9pm.
The three big names are pin (property investors network), Progressive Property Network (PPN) and Central London Property Network. pin currently runs London meetings at Blackfriars and Clapham, at £25 a meeting including VAT or £15 a month as a member, and offers a free first meeting with a promo code. PPN has five London hubs with dates published: Stratford, Holborn (actually on Upper Street, Islington), Blackfriars, Harrow & Watford, and Bromley. Each is run by a local host. Central London Property Network, run by Brendan Quinn, has met since 2014 and now holds themed panel evenings on Wednesdays at the London Bridge Hotel.
Going to the same meetup every month is where these pay off. You see the same faces, trust builds, and deals and introductions follow. There's more on this in our guide to property investor networking events in London, and landlords will find a focused list in landlord networking events in London.
Evening exhibitions
An evening exhibition puts an exhibitor floor inside a social venue, with drinks, food and open networking all night. There are no rows of chairs and no seminar programme. You walk the floor, meet suppliers and lenders on their stands, and talk to other attendees at the bar.
This is the format we run. UK Homes Network LIVE London is on Thursday 19 November at Big Penny Social in Walthamstow, with over 250 property people expected, and it was named Best Property Networking Event of the Year at the National Property Awards 2026. It's our event, so treat this as a declared interest, but it's a genuinely different night from a meetup. Read more on the UKHN LIVE London page.
Senior industry networks, lunches and breakfasts
For directors, partners and senior professionals there's a separate circuit, mostly daytime and mostly central.
- Movers & Shakers has run since 1996 and holds about five breakfasts a year at The Savoy, plus summits. Guest breakfast tickets are £175 to £185 plus VAT.
- PropNet London holds senior networking lunches at the Royal Automobile Club on Pall Mall, a few times a year, with no presentations or pitches. Its 19 November lunch marks ten years.
- London Property Alliance (the City Property Association and Westminster Property Association) runs research launches, seminars and receptions, mostly for members and invitees, plus a NextGen strand for younger professionals.
- Real Estate:UK, formed by the merger of AREF, BPF and IPF, runs policy seminars, breakfasts and conferences across the City and West End, several a week in autumn, plus its Annual Dinner at Old Billingsgate.
- Property Lunch and its sister brands hold monthly lunches alternating between the City and Mayfair, with no speeches and a printed attendee list.
These suit commercial, agency and professional-services people more than first-time investors. Our guide to commercial property networking events in London goes deeper, and developers should see property developer networking events in London.
Shows and expos
The big daytime shows are about browsing stands and attending seminars. The National Landlord Investment Show is in London on Wednesday 28 October with free tickets. The Property Developer Show returns to London on Wednesday 10 March 2027 with free general admission. The Property Investor Show is at ExCeL London from Friday 16 to Sunday 18 April 2027, free to register. SPACE UK, a paid conference for owners, operators and developers, is on Tuesday 26 January 2027. We cover all of these in more detail in our guide to property shows in London.
Women in property
Women in Property's South East branch covers London and is one of the busiest organisers in the city, with several London events a month. Expect breakfast panels, evening talks, socials and lunchtime "netwalks". Prices are low, typically up to £15 for members and £25 for non-members, and most events welcome members and non-members of all genders.
Proptech and built environment
London PropTech holds monthly drinks receptions at rotating venues, with no speeches. Property Nexus runs informal drinks socials for built-environment professionals every month or two, with wine and beer free until it runs out. Property Connect holds monthly afternoon socials by London Bridge for facilities managers, architects, contractors and property professionals. London Development Network runs monthly socials for built-environment professionals only, with dates sent by email.

Free events and East London
Several of the big shows are free to attend, and a few meetups offer a free first visit. We keep a dedicated list of free property networking events in London. If you live or invest east of the City, PPN Stratford meets monthly at the Moxy, ExCeL hosts the Property Investor Show, and UKHN LIVE is in Walthamstow: see our guide to property events in East London.
How to choose between property networking events in London
Start with what you want from the night, then work backwards to the format. Four questions sort most people out.
- Who do you need to meet? Investors and JV partners are at the monthly meetups and evening exhibitions. Senior decision-makers are at the lunches and breakfasts. Suppliers and lenders are on the stands at exhibitions and shows.
- Do you want to learn or to meet people? Meetups and shows give you speakers. Lunches, socials and evening exhibitions give you more time to talk.
- When can you get there? Breakfasts and lunches suit people with flexible days. Evening events suit anyone with a day job.
- What's your budget? Meetups and socials in this calendar range from free to around £50. Senior breakfasts and conferences cost considerably more.
Then go more than once. One visit tells you whether the room is right. Three visits are where the relationships start. Our guide on how to network at property events covers what to say and how to follow up.

Busy week: 17 to 19 November
Mid-November is the busiest week of the London property calendar this autumn. If you only get out once before Christmas, this is the week to pick.
- Tuesday 17 November: the Real Estate:UK Annual Dinner at Old Billingsgate, and a Women in Property lunchtime netwalk.
- Wednesday 18 November: the Movers & Shakers Creative Industries Property Summit, a full day followed by drinks to 8pm. Women in Property's Passive House breakfast at RICS is the same morning (free, but fully booked when we checked).
- Thursday 19 November: Property+Padel in Battersea in the morning, PropNet London's 10th anniversary lunch at the RAC from 12pm to 2:30pm, then UKHN LIVE London in Walthamstow from 6pm. PPN Bromley and a Women in Property Movember evening are on that night too.
PropNet London 10th anniversary and UKHN LIVE London: one day, two events
The Thursday works well as a double. PropNet's lunch finishes at 2:30pm on Pall Mall, and Green Park is on the Victoria line, which runs straight to Blackhorse Road, about ten minutes' walk from Big Penny Social. You can do a senior lunch in St James's and an evening exhibition in Walthamstow on the same day without rushing. PropNet London tickets are on Eventbrite, and so are ours.
Our event: UK Homes Network LIVE London, Thursday 19 November, 6pm to 11pm. An evening property exhibition at Big Penny Social, 1 Priestley Way, Walthamstow E17. Your ticket includes entry, two drinks, food from 7:45pm, the exhibition and hosted introductions, and you'll see the full launch of Gatha, the social platform for UK property, live on stage at 7:45pm. Headline sponsors are Roma Finance, C&C Insurance Brokers, Taylor Rose, Sancoe Consulting and Property Compass. Over 18s, smart casual. See the full details for UKHN LIVE London or get tickets on Eventbrite.
More than 700 people have been to a UKHN LIVE event so far, across Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and now London. At Birmingham, Sam from Blue Bricks Magazine called it "one of the best events I've been to this year." London is the last night of the 2026 tour.
How we keep this calendar accurate
We build this calendar from organisers' own websites and their official listings on Eventbrite, Meetup and Luma. We don't copy dates from aggregator sites, and if we can't confirm a date or a price from the organiser, we leave it out or tell you to check their site.
We check every listing at the start of each month, add new dates, and remove anything that has been cancelled or paused. Several organisers only publish one date ahead, so the calendar fills up as the months go on. Past events disappear from the listing automatically.
Spotted something wrong, or running a London property event you'd like listed? Tell us and we'll check it and add it at the next update. We list other organisers' events on merit, for free.
