The best property networking events in London (2026 guide)

The best property networking events in London (2026 guide)

Fifteen London property networks still running in 2026/27, checked on each organiser's own site, with who each suits, what it costs and when it's next on.

· Chris Tremlett

The best property networking events in London depend on who you want to meet. For investors, the Central London Property Network, pin and the Progressive Property Network hubs run every month. For industry contacts, Property Nexus, PropNet London and Movers & Shakers are established rooms, and Women in Property runs low-cost events every few weeks. Our own evening exhibition, UK Homes Network LIVE London, is on 19 November in Walthamstow. Below are 15 that are still running, each checked on the organiser's own site.

Updated 10 October 2026. We refresh this guide every month.

Want every date in one place? Our calendar of property networking events in London lists what's on month by month. This page is the shortlist: the London property networks we'd point a friend to, and who each one suits.

How we picked these London property networks

Most lists of real estate networking events in London are long, old or both, and plenty of the nights on them have quietly stopped. An event had to pass all five of these tests to make this page.

  • Still running in 2026/27. A date in the last few months, or a published date coming up.
  • Verified on the organiser's own site or their own ticket listing, not a third-party aggregator.
  • A clear audience. You can tell who the room is for before you buy a ticket.
  • A format we can describe honestly: speakers or none, evening or breakfast, pub or private members' club.
  • Value for the time. Not just the ticket price, but whether the right people are likely to be there.

We run events ourselves, so UK Homes Network LIVE London is included and labelled as ours. Everything else is described from what each organiser publishes, and prices appear only where they list them.

Top property events in London: the big shows

  • Property Developer Show London: Wed 10 March 2027, free general admission, VIP £25. Details.
  • Property Investor Show: Fri 16 to Sun 18 April 2027, ExCeL London, free to register. Details.

Our guide to property shows in London covers these in more depth.

Our event: UK Homes Network LIVE London gives you the exhibitor floor of a show with the feel of a good night out. Thursday 19 November 2026, Big Penny Social, Walthamstow, two drinks and food included. See what's on the night or get tickets on Eventbrite.

Recently stopped or paused

Older lists still send people to nights that aren't running. As of October 2026:

  • Baker Street Property Meet is paused. Its site says it's returning soon and offers a waitlist only.
  • London Property Meet on Meetup now mainly runs general business networking, so it's no longer property-specific.
  • pin Kensington, Canary Wharf and Croydon show no upcoming events and aren't on pin's current meetings list.
  • MIPIM UK at Olympia has no current edition. MIPIM itself is in Cannes each March.
  • FUTURE PropTech has no 2026 or 2027 London edition that we could find.

We also left out Property Deal Network's London nights: they appear on an aggregator site, but we couldn't find an official site to verify them.
