We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under number ZB644160. Gatha is the trading name of UK Homes Network Limited. The Gatha platform at gatha.uk has its own privacy policy, which covers your account and activity on the platform.

1. What we collect

This website collects personal information only when you choose to send it to us through one of our enquiry forms: the contact form, the partnership enquiry form, the event enquiry form and the investor interest form. Depending on the form, that is your name, email address, company, phone number, job role, the subject of your enquiry and your message.

Each form also records the page you sent it from and, where present, the campaign tags in the web address you arrived on (the "utm" parameters). We use these to understand which of our activity brought you to us.

2. Why we use it and our legal basis

• Answering your enquiry. We use the details you send to reply to you and to carry on the conversation you started. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where the enquiry leads to a contract, the steps needed to enter into it.

• Investor interest. If you register interest as a professional investor, we use your details to contact you directly. This page is not a financial promotion and we do not use these details for marketing. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in speaking with people who have asked to hear from us.
• Keeping records. We keep a record of enquiries and correspondence so we can deal with follow-up questions and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not send marketing emails to people who have only used a form on this website, unless you have separately agreed to receive them.

3. Who we share it with

Enquiries are received and stored in our customer relationship management system, provided by HighLevel Inc. (GoHighLevel), which acts as our processor. HighLevel is based in the United States. Transfers of personal information outside the United Kingdom are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.

We also use ordinary business services such as email, document storage and accounting software, each of which acts on our instructions. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
