The market
Developers, landlords, investors, brokers, surveyors, architects, contractors and suppliers all depend on each other, and almost none of them have a reliable way to find each other.
No general purpose platform serves it properly, because no general purpose platform is built for one industry.
Scale: construction alone employs around 2.1 million people in the UK, and real estate activities a further 700,000 or so. Add the landlords, investors, brokers and suppliers who sit around them and this is one of the largest working populations in the country, with no professional platform of its own.
