The main commercial property networking events in London are the Movers & Shakers breakfasts at The Savoy, London Property Alliance briefings and receptions, the Real Estate:UK autumn programme and annual dinner, the RICS UK&I Commercial Property Conference (11 November), PropNet London lunches at the RAC, and SPACE UK in January. For a more social room, Property Nexus, London PropTech and Women in Property run regular evenings. Below we cover each one, who it suits, what it costs where published, and how to find the right room for your sector.
This guide covers the industry side: events for people who work in property rather than invest in it. For the full picture, including investor meetups and shows, see our guide to property networking events in London.
Commercial property networking events in London: the senior circuit
London's commercial real estate calendar is busy from September to early December, quiet over Christmas, then picks up again in late January. The senior events tend to be breakfasts, lunches and dinners, often CPD-accredited and often in member firms' offices.
Movers & Shakers Property Networking Club
Movers & Shakers has been running since 1996 and bills itself as "Who's Who in UK Real Estate". Its signature format is the breakfast forum at The Savoy: networking from 7:30am, speakers and a panel from 8am, then a networking café until 11:30am. There are about five a year. Coming up are the Creative Industries Property Summit on Wednesday 18 November 2026, a New Towns, New Opportunities breakfast on Tuesday 8 December, The Year Ahead 2027 on Wednesday 27 January 2027 and a networking breakfast on Tuesday 23 March 2027. Breakfasts are £145 to £185 plus VAT depending on membership.
London Property Alliance
The London Property Alliance brings together the City Property Association and Westminster Property Association. Its events are mostly for members and invitees: research launches, breakfast seminars and receptions for owners, developers, investors and advisers. Next up is the London HQ City research launch on Thursday 22 October (8am to 10am, waiting list), then the NextGen Winter Reception at Victoria House on Wednesday 25 November, aimed at younger professionals.
Real Estate:UK
Real Estate:UK, formed by the merger of AREF, BPF and IPF, runs several events a week in autumn, mostly in member firms' offices across the City and West End. Highlights include Business Rates Reform at JLL (10 November), the RE:UK Annual Dinner at Old Billingsgate (Tuesday 17 November), a Housing Investment and Delivery Symposium (25 November), the UK PropTech Awards (26 November) and the Planning Reform conference (2 December). The RE:Futures strand is for early-career professionals. Most events are CPD-accredited, with member discounts.
RICS UK&I Commercial Property Conference
The RICS UK&I Commercial Property Conference is on Wednesday 11 November 2026, 8:30am to 5pm, at Cavendish Venues, The Minster Building, Mincing Lane. It's a full-day conference for surveyors and commercial property professionals, with 5.5 hours of CPD, from £325.23 plus VAT.
PropNet London
PropNet London runs a senior networking lunch a few times a year at the Royal Automobile Club on Pall Mall, for partners, directors and decision-makers across investment, development, construction, law, architecture, interior design and finance. Its promise is networking without presentations, pitches or the hard sell. The next one, on Thursday 19 November, marks PropNet's 10th anniversary. Tickets are £49.46 on Eventbrite, and the RAC dress code applies.
London Real Estate Forum and SPACE UK
The London Real Estate Forum, run by New London Architecture, is the big September gathering for government, investment and development leaders. The 2026 edition was held at Guildhall on 16 September, and no 2027 date has been published. SPACE UK follows on Tuesday 26 January 2027: a flagship conference for property owners, operators, developers and occupiers in workspace, build to rent and alternative residential. Early bird tickets are £599 until 23 October, then £699 and £799.

Real estate networking events in London with a social feel
Not every industry event needs a 7:30am start and a panel. These are more relaxed, usually in a bar or restaurant, and often cheaper.
- Property Nexus runs evening drinks for built-environment professionals: architects, interior designers, surveyors, agents, project managers, lawyers, investors and developers. No speeches or sales pitches. The next is Business Nexus on Tuesday 27 October at Be At One Monument, from £35.
- Property Connect London Bridge is a monthly afternoon social, usually on the third Thursday, for facilities managers, planners, designers, architects, contractors and property professionals. Next: Thursday 15 October.
- London Development Network meets on the first Wednesday of the month at rotating venues, for built-environment professionals only, with a strict attendee policy. Dates go out by email sign-up.
- London Built Environment and Property Lunch run no-speeches networking lunches alternating between the City and Mayfair, with a buffet, a drink and a printed attendee list. The next London Built Environment lunch is Wednesday 11 November at The Anthologist.
- City of London Property & Construction Networking is a monthly evening for property and construction SMEs with a guest speaker and a raffle, at £15 to £20. Check the listing for the next date.
- London Chamber of Commerce Property & Construction Club holds lunchtime briefings with a senior guest speaker for LCCI members, usually 50 to 60 people, at the Members' Lounge on Queen Street.
Women in property London events
Women in Property is a national not-for-profit, and its South East branch runs several London events a month. Formats range from lunchtime and morning "netwalks" to breakfast panels, evening talks and socials. Most events cost members £0 to £15 and non-members £0 to £25, and members and non-members of all genders are welcome at most of them. Coming up: the October netwalk in the Royal Parks (15 October), a talk on real estate and renewables with Octopus Energy (11 November), a Passive House breakfast panel at RICS (18 November, fully booked), a Movember "Bring Your Male Ally" evening (19 November) and Bonita Norris at The Groucho Club (24 November).
Proptech events in London
London PropTech runs monthly evening receptions with two drinks and a buffet, for proptech, real estate, construction, legal and architecture people. The next is on Tuesday 13 October at Davy's at St James's, from £43.99. Real Estate:UK hosts the UK PropTech Awards at The Building Centre on 26 November. Networking events for estate agents in London
There's no single London event built only for estate agents in our research, but several rooms put agents in front of the people they want to work with. Property Nexus lists agents among its regulars. Central London Property Network and pin meetings bring investors and landlords together with service providers, and pin's evenings include a lettings market update and a service-provider break. Women in Property events are open to agents across the built environment.
For agents chasing landlord and investor instructions, the most useful rooms are often the ones where clients outnumber competitors. Our guide to landlord networking events in London lists the meetups where landlords gather, and the best property networking events in London compares every major option side by side.
Our event, honestly positioned. UK Homes Network LIVE London on Thursday 19 November is not a commercial-only event. It's an evening property exhibition at Big Penny Social, Walthamstow, with a mixed room of developers, landlords and investors and the professionals who serve them. That makes it a good night for agents, brokers, lenders and proptech teams who want to meet clients rather than peers. Headline sponsors include Roma Finance, C&C Insurance Brokers, Taylor Rose, Sancoe Consulting and Property Compass, and Gatha launches live on stage at 7:45pm. See what's on the night or ask about exhibiting.
How to choose the right industry event
Start with who you need to meet, not the venue. If your clients are institutional investors and senior advisers, the Savoy breakfasts, Real Estate:UK events and PropNet lunches put you in the same room as them. If you're earlier in your career, the RE:Futures strand, LPA NextGen and Women in Property events are friendlier and much cheaper.
If you sell to developers, landlords and investors (broking, lending, lettings, legal, proptech), a mixed evening room such as UK Homes Network LIVE London usually works harder than a commercial conference, because your buyers are there in numbers. Our guide to property developer networking events in London covers the development side.
Watch for clashes. Thursday 19 November is crowded: PropNet's anniversary lunch, Property+Padel in the morning, Women in Property's Movember evening and our London night all fall on the same day. The week before is busy too, with the RE:UK Annual Dinner on the 17th and the Movers & Shakers summit on the 18th.
