Property networking events run in every UK city, most weeks of the year. The backbone is the monthly networks: pin meets in more than 30 places, Progressive Property Network has 23 hubs, and Property & Poppadoms and Property Deal Network run curry nights and free meetups in dozens of towns. Around them sit the big shows and conferences: the Property Investor Show at ExCeL in April and the NEC in September 2027, the Property Developer Show in seven cities and UKREiiF in Leeds in May. Gatha LIVE 2027: our dates
We run Gatha LIVE, formerly UK Homes Network LIVE: evening property exhibitions with exhibitor stands, food and drinks in the ticket, and no speakers or panels. In 2027 there are four, plus two Gatha Socials, smaller ticketed nights co-hosted with one partner. Every date has its own page on gatha.uk with ticket alerts.

Two changes for 2027 are worth knowing. A Place in the Sun has taken over the Property Investor Show, so from 2027 it runs inside A Place in the Sun Live at ExCeL in April and the NEC in September. And the Property Developer Show goes to seven dates in six places, with tickets on sale from 4 January 2027. The National Landlord Investment Show hasn't published its 2027 dates yet; its 2026 season ended in London on 28 October. We'll add it as soon as it does.

Property investment events in the UK: what to expect
UK property events fall into five broad formats. Knowing which one you want saves a lot of wasted evenings.
- Monthly investor meetups (pin, PPN, PDN, local networks). Arrive around 6pm, network, hear one or two speakers, network again. Best for investors, landlords and anyone starting out. The value comes from going every month.
- Evening exhibitions (Gatha LIVE). Exhibitor stands in a social venue, food and drinks included, no seminar programme. Best for meeting lenders, brokers, lawyers and suppliers, and other investors and developers, in one room.
- Shows and expos (Property Investor Show, Property Developer Show). Daytime, big halls, seminars and stands. Usually free. Best for learning and browsing.
- Conferences and summits (UKREiiF, Place's regional summits, Housing 2027). Paid, daytime, policy and market content. Best for developers, councils, agents and advisers.
- Lunches, breakfasts and awards (Place lunches, Women in Property, RICS, the regional property awards). Senior and relationship-led. Best for professionals who already know the market.

How to choose a property networking event
- Start with who you need to meet. A joint-venture partner, a lender, a builder, a buyer. Then pick the format where those people go.
- Go local and go regularly. One meeting a month in your own city beats one big event a year.
- Add one big date. A show, a summit or an evening exhibition puts you in front of people you won't meet at your local meetup.

How we keep this calendar accurate
Every event in this calendar comes from the organiser's own website or its own Eventbrite, Meetup, Ticket Tailor or Luma listing. We don't copy dates from aggregator sites. If we can't confirm a date, venue or price with the organiser, we leave it out or tell you to check their site.
We recheck every listing at the start of each month, add new dates and remove anything cancelled. Many organisers publish only one or two dates ahead, so the 2027 months fill up as the year goes on. Some RICS and Women in Property events are free too. pin's meetings are £25, but it offers a free first meeting with a promo code.
Is the Property Investor Show still running?
Yes, with a change. A Place in the Sun has taken it over, and from 2027 it runs inside A Place in the Sun Live: at ExCeL London from 16 to 18 April and at the NEC Birmingham from 24 to 26 September 2027, 10am to 4pm each day. Check the organiser's site for tickets.
When is UKREiiF 2027?
UKREiiF 2027 is from Tuesday 18 to Thursday 20 May 2027 at the Royal Armouries and New Dock in Leeds. It's a three-day real estate investment and infrastructure forum with fringe events across the city. Early-bird passes are currently from £955 plus VAT.
When are the Gatha LIVE 2027 events?
Gatha LIVE Liverpool is on Thursday 29 April, Birmingham on Thursday 10 June, London on Thursday 9 September at Big Penny Social and Leeds on Thursday 11 November at Archive.
