What happened
A former ITV archive store turned event space, a full exhibitor floor, and the first room to see Gatha. More than 270 registered for the night.

Two live panels joined the format for the first time.
Amber's, Manchester city centre, 6pm until 10pm. More than 200 developers, landlords, investors and the businesses around them, with a full exhibitor floor.
Who was on stage
A landlords panel hosted by Phil Bygrave with Ben Beadle of the NRLA, Charlotte Vale of the Greater Manchester Good Landlord Charter and Jessica Leader of SureStay Group.
A development panel hosted by Sam Cooke of Blue Bricks Magazine with Tammy Hart, Shiro Rauniar, Timothy Witt and Steve Pozerskis of BNP Paribas.
Birmingham, February.
The first night of the 2026 circuit.
Indian Brewery Taproom, 6pm until 10pm. The benchmark for everything that followed.
What happened
A working taproom rather than a conference suite. More than 200 developers, landlords, investors and the businesses around them, two drinks and food included, a full floor of exhibitor stands, and a room that stayed until closing. Nobody who attended left saying it was fine.
