UK Homes Network LIVE has been named Best Property Networking Event of the Year at the National Property Awards, held on 18 September 2026.
It is the second industry award for the business this year, after Best Property Community at the Blue Bricks Awards in May. This one is for the events specifically: the format we have built since Birmingham in February, where the room is the product, the food and drinks are done properly, and nobody queues for a lanyard.
What it recognises
Four cities in one year. Venues that had never hosted a property event. Exhibitors who talk about the night the next day rather than counting badge scans. And a room made up of verified developers, landlords, investors and the businesses around them, which is the only reason any of it works.

What happened next
Six days later we were in Leeds, at Archive on Kirkstall Road, for the third event of the 2026 circuit. It was also the night we soft-launched Gatha to the room. The full launch, new apps and all, happens at London on 19 November.
