UK Homes Network has been named a winner at the Blue Bricks Awards 2026, taking home the title of Best Property Community, sponsored by Orange Sales & Lettings.
The awards took place on 21 May 2026 at the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool, where more than 350 people from across the property industry came together for an evening celebrating businesses and individuals doing things properly.
For us, it was already a big moment just to be shortlisted. By the end of the night, it became something much bigger.

Co-Founders David and Chris went to Liverpool expecting a good evening, a chance to meet other finalists, and an opportunity to spend time with people doing interesting things across the industry.
What they did not expect was to hear UK Homes Network announced as the winner. Considering the strength of the category, it was a real shock. The shortlist included some of the best-known names in UK property networking and events, including:
